Software development teams are made up of many individuals with each person bringing to the team his or her own personal characteristics. These differences will provide the team with multiple perspectives on problems that the team is solving. This will lead the team to produce a better quality project. The different personality tendencies may also cause conflict within the team at some points. Appreciating that each team member is different and how to leverage those differences will allow the team to maximize its potential.
